The Builders Desk relaunches with a full client dashboard

The Builders Desk has relaunched with a client portal that puts the whole engagement in one place. Clients can send a task, watch its progress, review and sign agreements, message their account manager and download deliverables — without an email chain.

The change is structural rather than cosmetic. Work now moves through a single tracked path: a client raises a task, their account manager assigns it to a trained professional, and progress is visible to the client as it moves. Every deliverable is reviewed by the account manager before it reaches the client.

Clients keep one point of contact throughout. The professionals doing the work are Builders Desk employees, trained before deployment, working inside the software the client already uses.

The portal is live now for existing clients across construction, healthcare, real estate and other sectors the company serves.
